1) What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the ATT Network Unlock Samsung App (the “App”) and when you visit easysimunlocker.com (the “Site”). Together, the App and Site are the “Services”.
We provide IMEI / lock / blacklist checks and process network-unlock orders through carrier/partner channels where applicable. We do not bypass security features or modify device firmware.

2) Data we collect

A. Information you provide

Contact & order details: name, email, country/region, billing info, order notes.
Device details you submit: IMEI/MEID/ESN (entered manually), device brand/model, carrier/network; photos or attachments you upload.
Support communications: emails, chat messages, attachments.

B. Collected automatically (App/Site)

App info & performance: crash logs, error diagnostics, basic event data (e.g., open/close, screens).
Device or other IDs: Advertising ID (resettable) for ads/measurement (see §12).
Cookies (Site): essential cookies for sessions/checkout; optional analytics/marketing cookies (managed via banner).

We do not automatically read device IMEI or other non-resettable hardware identifiers. If an IMEI is used, it is the one you manually enter to run a check or place an order.

3) Why we use your data (purposes & legal bases)

Provide Services & fulfill orders (contract): run checks, process payments, deliver results, send transactional emails.
Support & account help (contract/legitimate interests): respond to queries, verify ownership.
Fraud & integrity (legitimate interests/legal): protect our Services and users (e.g., abuse prevention).
Analytics & performance (legitimate interests/consent where required): improve reliability, features, and UX.
Compliance (legal obligations): tax/audit records, dispute handling, enforcing Terms.

4) Sharing & disclosures

We do not sell personal information. We share only with:

Processors/service providers under contract (hosting/CDN, crash/analytics, ads/measurement, payments, email/helpdesk).
Telecom/carrier/unlock partners to execute the check or unlock you requested.
Fraud/security tools (e.g., platform integrity checks).
Legal/compliance when required by law or to protect rights/safety.

Processors & SDKs used (update if your stack changes):

Ads/Measurement: Google AdMob; Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK.
Payments: Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal (we don’t store full card numbers).
Email/Support: (your provider, if used).
Hosting/CDN: (your provider).

5) Retention

Orders & invoices: typically 7 years (tax/audit/legal).
IMEI & check results: kept for order history, chargeback defense, and audit; minimized/anonymized when feasible.
Diagnostics/analytics: typically 13–24 months (aggregated where possible).
We delete or anonymize when no longer needed for the purposes above or legal obligations.

6) Your choices & rights

Access / correction / deletion: contact [email protected] or [email protected].
Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe links; in-app toggle if present.
Ads choices: reset/limit Advertising ID in device settings; opt out of personalized ads on Android/iOS.

EEA/UK (GDPR): rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, portability, object; safeguards for automated decisions.
California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (we don’t sell personal info). If we ever “share” for cross-context ads, we’ll provide a “Do Not Sell/Share” link.
India (DPDP): rights to access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal; children’s data requires verifiable parental consent.

7) Children

The Services are not intended for children. In India, a child is under 18. We don’t knowingly process children’s data without parental consent and we don’t use behavioral advertising for children. If you believe a child used our Services without consent, contact us to remove the data.

8) Cookies (Website)

Essential: session, security, checkout.
Analytics (optional): understanding site performance and improving UX.
Preferences/Marketing (optional): remembering choices and showing relevant content.
Manage choices anytime via our Cookie Settings banner (shown where required).

9) International transfers

We may process data outside your country (e.g., EU/US/India). Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10) Security

We apply organizational and technical measures (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, audit logs, anti-abuse). No system is 100% secure—report concerns to [email protected].

11) Account & data deletion

If you created an account or placed orders, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected] (subject: Delete my data) or [email protected]. We’ll complete deletion within 30 days, unless we must retain certain records (e.g., invoices/chargebacks) by law.

12) Platform & SDK disclosures (Apps)

Permissions & identifiers

We do not request SMS, Call Logs, Contacts, or background precise Location.
We do not automatically collect IMEI or other non-resettable IDs; IMEI is user-submitted only.
Network permission: run checks and deliver results.
Notifications (optional): order status updates.

Advertising & measurement

AdMob and Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK may use the Advertising ID (resettable) for ad serving, frequency capping, and measurement.
You can limit ad personalization or reset the Advertising ID in device settings. Where required by law, we obtain consent before non-essential analytics/ads.

Payments

Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal process payments on their PCI-compliant platforms. We don’t store full card numbers.

13) Changes to this policy

We’ll post updates here with a new Effective date and, for material changes, notify you in-app, on the Site, or by email when appropriate.
